For ballpark costs, below, you will find sample system layouts of AmHydro NFT and vine crop system as well as estimated greenhouse pricing for 4 specifically sized greenhouses. All other house sizes are custom configured to the customer’s unique situation. Anything up to 2 acres is AmHydro’s specialty.
Starter Package
Greenhouse Structure- 22’ wide x 28’ long, 4’ high sides before the bend begins on the bow.
- Includes framing steel and hardware for each end wall
- One 4’ x 6’ 8” insulated, lockable pre-hung door
- Each end wall has 8mm triple wall polycarbonate and all hardware is included
- Double layer of 6 Mil, UV treated polyethylene film plus inflation kit and lock system for attaching poly to the greenhouse
- Two exhaust fans for cooling and ventilation of the greenhouse
- One high efficiency LP or natural gas heater with heater hanger kit, vent pipe assembly and thermostat

Grower Package
Greenhouse Structure- 30’ wide x 48’ long, 6’ high sides before the bend begins on the bow.
- Includes framing steel and hardware for each end wall
- One 4’ x 6’ 8” insulated, lockable pre-hung door
- Each end wall has 8mm triple wall polycarbonate and all hardware is included
- Double layer of 6 Mil, UV treated polyethylene film plus inflation kit and lock system for attaching poly to the greenhouse
- One exhaust fan, for cooling and ventilation of the greenhouse.
- One high efficiency LP or natural gas heater with heater hanger kit, vent pipe assembly and thermostat. Horizontal Air Flow (HAF) fans are also included for air movement within the greenhouse
Hydroponic System
NFT System includes freestanding galvanized table frames, finishing channels, nursery channels feeder manifolds and covered collectors. Systems include 6 months of growing supplies including growing medium, nutrients, calibration buffers and pH adjuster. Grower provides all 2” and 4” PVC plumbing to and from feeders and collectors to main reservoir and main reservoir. Grower Package reservoir size is 450 gallons.

Grower Package Plus
Greenhouse Structure- 30’ wide x 96’ long, 6’ high sides before the bend begins on the bow.
- Includes framing steel and hardware for each end wall.
- Three 4’ x 6’ 8” insulated, lockable pre-hung doors.
- Each end wall has 8mm triple wall polycarbonate and all hardware is included.
- Double layer of 6 Mil, UV treated polyethylene film plus inflation kit and lock system for attaching poly to the greenhouse. The inside layer of film is the Infrared/Anti-Condensate style film for energy savings and drip reduction feature.
- Two exhaust fans for cooling and ventilation of the greenhouse.
- Two high efficiency LP or natural gas heaters with heater hanger kit, vent pipe assembly and thermostat. Horizontal Air Flow (HAF) fans are also included for air movement within the greenhouse.
- Environmental controller complete with relay box for controlling heating, cooling and air circulation within the greenhouse.
Hydroponic System
