When we outfit a grower with a commercial hydroponic system, we do every thing we can to make sure they're successful. In every commercial operation, all growers encounter challenges that they must master. If one of our growers calls us with a problem and we don't have the solution instantly, we'll tap our international network and find out how to solve it. That's where our experience, network, AND motivation kick in. We respond to our grower's needs with professionalism and expediency. Our reputation cannot tolerate even one failure.

"Thanks to the support and dedication of the American Hydroponics team, in just under 2 years I have been able to go from startup to full production of 21 crop turns per year. Michael and the rest of the team at American Hydroponics have been there to support me and troubleshoot any problems I’ve had quickly and accurately. The system itself has performed perfectly for two years straight now; it is well engineered and constructed to withstand the stress of commercial production. It’s been great to know that any questions I have will be answered very quickly… that’s been very helpful while going through the adventure of starting a new company from scratch."

"Knowing we wanted to build a greenhouse and grow hydroponically, we were faced with a huge question -- what company could help us attain our goals? After researching, we came across American Hydroponics. Wow, what an awesome year it’s been. We contacted AmHydro, set up a meeting, explained to the staff what our intentions were and where we really wanted to be headed. We started off with their 612 NFT system, built our greenhouse, and now we have made the next step to go full commercial.
Communication is key in any business, and this company delivered and still keeps on.... questions answered, solutions found, whether technical in the growing or the constructing. Even though we are miles apart, they have been "hands on". We look forward to our continuing relationship with American Hydroponics in helping our business grow and succeed."

"American Hydroponics has really come through for us. We were starting a new business and needed all the information and help we could get. Our family is very committed to water conservation and we were interested in the NFT system. Eric Christian in the Commercial Department listened to what we needed and put together a package that fit our budget. My family and I moved to Hawaii and to very different weather than we were used to. Eric worked with us and helped figure out our special needs. We highly recommend American Hydroponics."

"I have been growing hydroponic basil for the past four years. The first three years, I struggled to grow the "perfect" crop. The basil was continuously experiencing nutritional disorders. Last year American Hydroponics came to my rescue, supplying our company with a custom designed nutrient formula. I am now growing "perfect" crops and have since then doubled the size of my business. Thanks you guys."

"We would just like to take this opportunity to express our deepest appreciation to American Hydroponics regarding our recent purchase of 2 complete hydroponic systems. The staff was very helpful -- anytime we called, they were ready to help us anyway they could. This was a new adventure for my family. We have grown tobacco for years and now we are starting all over learning a new trade. My family and I dreamed of having our own greenhouse. Thank you American Hydroponics for making our dreams come true."

"Your fertilizer formula really pulled me out of a hole last year, after my near disaster with an "organic" nutrient. Root growth and overall plant vigor is outstanding. In the above case, regrowth was the key to a profit for the season. The ratios are great, not a lot of precipitate in the bottom of the batch tanks, which we got with other formulations. Even with the extreme lack of sunlight this winter, our tomato plants still have the appearance of spring tomato plants."

"After our initial purchase of gullies from American Hydroponics, we tried other brands but found American Hydroponics the best. We have since tripled our greenhouse space, and the strength and simplicity of the gullies make them the only choice for us. In addition, American Hydroponics offers complete customer service and products for a successful hydroponic operation."

"The staff and management at American Hydroponics helped us make the transition from a media-based system to NFT gullies, resulting in a huge savings in water usage and labor. When confronted with a problem special to tropical hydroponics, they thoroughly research the problem and used their resources around the world to come up with a solution. They are willing to admit if they don't know an answer and will dig to the bottom of it rather than try to impress me with an answer that is not appropriate for my situation. It is for this reason that I believe they will soon be the industry leader in tropical hydroponics -- they are willing, even eager to learn. My hat is off to this enthusiastic staff and the excellent seminars they present."

"In June of 2004, the two 12' x 125' NFT systems from AmHydro were installed. The installation went very smooth and easy due to the clear and detailed design. All the elements of the system were easily identified and fitted. The system was fully operational in September of 2004, and the first shipment of Cos and Lola-Rosa lettuces were delivered to market the same month. Nowadays, we are growing not only lettuces but also herbs like Basil, Parsley, Coriander and Dill. The system is very reliable and is operating without any failures. From the beginning of our relationship, we have enjoyed full support from American Hydroponics, and from Michael Christian in particular. All questions are answered immediately, demonstrating very high skills, professionalism and experience in NFT systems. The outcome of all this is a very successful operation of the system in Israel."

Jamil A. Al-Essa from Kuwait requested a quote in Oct 2005, for a NFT lettuce/herb system to fit in a 15,000 sq ft greenhouse. Having zero experience with hydroponics, he worked with AmHydro over 1 year to learn and configure a 40,000 plant site NFT system including propagation and nutrient dosing systems. Having never met in person, Jamil checked into AmHydro's worldwide reputation and sent payment for the system sight unseen. When thecontainer arrived in Kuwait in perfect condition, Eric Christians instructions were so detailed and thorough, Jamil put the entire system together without any help. By December 2006 after 2 requests for growers support, Jamil was producing lettuce in a desert, in Kuwait at 120F. That's some really big lettuce Jamil.

Good Life Farms has been providing the freshest, best-tasting lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, basil, arugula, and other produce to area farmer's markets, notable restaurants, and specialty grocers in Indiana since 2006. American Hydroponics has provided much of the equipment and knowledge to help improve the quality and quantity of our operation. Thanks AmHydro.

"I found American Hydroponics (AmHydro) in June of 2007 and hired them to help me. At that time I was having trouble with pythium (mushy roots), damping off in my seedling propagation and overall crop health was suffering. I was not able to to deliver quality product to market and was afraid I was going to lose my markets. Plus I knew of other growers where pythium wiped out their whole crop and they couldn't do anything about it.
AmHydro helped me redesign my existing system, dial in seedling propagation and take aggressive actions to stop pythium from colonizing. It worked. I ended up buying an NFT system from them and am very impressed with it's performance. With their help, I am now profitable, producing top quality herbs on a consistent basis with far fewer problems. When AmHydro suggests a product or solution to a problem, it works... because they care about their customers and have many years of practical experience."
