2" x 4" Channel is sold by the foot and manufactured in 12' lengths with 1-3/4" holes on 8" centers. There is a 10,000 feet minimum order for custom lengths, custom hole size and centers. Made in the USA from 100% FDA approved HDPE.

We can lip your channel for $6 per piece. Lipping includes: uphill lip, downhill lip and fill holes. For lipping over 15 pieces, it is best to purchase a liping tool for $60 (see Related Products). We will provide instructions on lipping procedures.

Channels can be cut in 3’, 4’ or 6’ pieces as long as the whole 12’ piece is purchased. Charges may apply depending on how many cuts need to be made.

(14) 12’ pieces fit in a box and up to (200) 12’ pieces fit on a custom pallet. Boxes have a material cost of $15 and our custom pallets have a material cost of $250. Our custom channel pallets are designed for rigorous shipping, insuring that your channel arrives intact and unscathed.
