Thriving seedling production is key to any successful growing operation. Our automated propagation systems do the work for you. The commercial propagation trays that come with our systems are specially designed to drain off excess water completely so your seedlings are never in standing water. They can be set up to flood and drain or wick depending on your unique environmental conditions. Seedling propagation can be challenging so we have designed a system that makes it easier for you to create the perfect conditions for thriving seedling growth.

The 812 (8'x12') , 412 (4'x12') and 3 Tray (4'x4') propagation systems are specifically designed to generate fast seedling growth to keep up with the demand of our high performance, high-density plant growing systems. We recommend purchasing the heat mat package (available in the Commercial Supply Store) for optimum seedling performance. These three propagation packages include everything except (3) sheets of 3/4" plywood and (1) 12' 2x6 as they are less expensive to purchase locally.
- The 812 holds 7,128 seedlings.
- The 412 holds 3,564 seedlings.
- The 3 Tray holds 972 seedlings.
Our proprietary, heavy-duty white propagation trays are designed to hold (2) sheets of Oasis or Rockwool cubes each. These versatile trays can also be fi lled with perlite for broadcast seeding to grow mesculun or spring mix greens. Irrigation can either be flood and drain or set up for wicking.
These systems come complete with galvanized table frame, propagation trays (22 trays for the 812, 11 trays for the 412, 3 trays for the 3Tray), feeder manifold, reservoir, all plumbing, pump and timer. High quality heat mats with controllers are optional.
